CareCrew ("we," "us") is an early-access project building a family care coordination app. This site, getcarecrew.com, is a pre-launch page where you can join our waitlist. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect here and what we do with it.
We do not collect names, addresses, payment details, or health information on this site. We do not use advertising pixels or third-party tracking cookies. We use your browser's local storage only to remember your session and which price you were shown.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not send spam. Every email we send will include a working unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes one tap.
Waitlist and usage information is stored in access-controlled Google services (Google Sheets via Google Apps Script) available only to us. Our website is hosted by Netlify, which may process standard server logs (such as IP addresses) to deliver the site. We use Google Fonts to display type, which involves your browser requesting font files from Google. If you arrived from an ad on a platform such as Facebook, that platform has its own data practices under its own policy; we do not send them information from this site.
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their email, contact us and we will delete it.
If our practices change (for example, when the app launches), we will update this page and the date above. Material changes affecting your email will be announced to the waitlist before they take effect.
